๑. กรรมการ และผู้เชี่ยวชาญ ของสำนักโรคเอดส์ฯ กรมควบคุมโรค กระทรวงสาธารณสุข
และสำนักงาน หลักประกันสุขภาพแห่งชาติ ในงานที่เกี่ยวข้องด้านการรักษาโรคเอดส์ในเด็ก
๒. วิทยากรด้านป้องกันการติดเชื้อ HIV จากแม่สู่ลูกและการให้ยาต้านไวรัสในเด็ก
ในการอบรมหลักสูตรนานาชาติ จัดโดย,กรมวิเทศสหการ, UNICEF สคร ๑๐ เชียงใหม่และศูนย์วิจัยโรคเอดส์สภากาชาดไทยตั้งแต่ ปี ๒๕๔๑ เป็นต้นมา
๓. การวิจัยเกี่ยวกับโครงการลดการติดเชื้อ HIV จากแม่สู่ลูก ( PMTCT)เป็นหัวหน้าโครงการวิจัย(Principle Investigator) ของโรงพยาบาล ที่ทำร่วมกับโครงการของ เขต ๑๐ และโครงการวิจัย PHPT ๑,๒ และ ๔ ของ มหาวิทยาลัย Harvard สหรัฐอเมริกา และกระทรวงสาธารณสุข
๔. การวิจัยเกี่ยวกับโรคเอดส์ในเด็กและการให้ยาต้านไวรัสในเด็กติดเชื้อ HIV โดยเป็นหัวหน้าโครงการทำวิจัย ร่วมกับศูนย์วิจัย PHPT Thailand, PACTG USA และ ศูนย์วิจัยสภากาชาด ไทย
๕. ประชุมงานวิจัยและดูงาน ที่สหรัฐอเมริกา ประชุมโรคเอดส์ที่จัดในระดับนานาชาติ โดยเป็นตัวแทนของโรงพยาบาล จากประเทศไทย
๖. นำเสนอผลงานในการประชุมระดับนานาชาติด้านเอดส์ โดยการบรรยาย (Oral Presentation) ๘ ครั้ง และ โดย โปสเตอร์ (Poster Presentation) ๓ ครั้ง
